Seeing that u done most ur homework and assessment i thing u believe to have some recreation time, which is time out having fun, not out working.
So i dont know if ur on holidays now or anything (with the chances of different countries and all) but like if i was ur rents i would be like yeah you can go out its up to you to discipline yourself with going out and school work.. my rents did that with me and i with they where more strict.... oh my im sorry now im ranting :\
anyway but yea i think you have to let them know that it means so so sooo much to you to go out and have fun. not out working.. and try and gain their trust so be like yeah ill go out but i wont drink/smoke or what ever.
